Jan Bottorf may be new to the Real Estate Agent role, but her personal commitment to client success and happiness has been honed over the past 23 years while serving the faculty and students of Lock Haven University in IT/Distance Education. Jan has always had a passion for real estate—from owning and selling her own rental property, to helping family members rehab and sell their homes, to designing and overseeing the construction of her current home—there is no aspect of the real estate world that doesn’t excite her!

Jan is a native of Beech Creek, where she resides with her husband, Brian. She takes pride in truly listening to clients, understanding their needs, and going above and beyond to help them meet their goals.
